FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you Travel?
Yes! I want to document you in the locations that are most special to you! Anything 30 miles outside of 08807 will incur a travel fee. If you need help choosing a location, I can help you with that too!
How many photos do we get?
I typically promise about 40 images per hour. However, don't be surprised if you get a few extra!
How will we receive our photos?
Your photos will be sent to your email via an online gallery link. You will then be able to download the photos in high resolution.
Do you retouch photos?
Every single one of the images I deliver will be edited, however I do not do intense retouching of skin. If you have a blemish that you are worried about, let me know and I will do my best to remove it.
What's your turn around time?
You can expect your photos within 3 weeks of your session.
How do we book a session with you?
If you are ready to book it is very simple! A signed contract and a retainer fee is all I will need to secure your session! The whole process is done electronically for your convenience!
Can you help us with planning?
I'm more than happy to help with planning your session in regards to choosing the right outfits for your session. Please reach out a week prior to your session for proper planning.
How far out do you book?
I book months in advance. Please be sure to allow enough time for your session. If you are looking for weekend availability please reach out at least 2 months beforehand to ensure availability.
What if I am worried that I WON'T BE ABLE TO GET MY KIDS TO SMILE?
That is where my expertise comes in handy! As mentioned I am a former teacher of 8 years and was a nanny for 5. I am also the 2nd oldest of 6 children so I can assure you that I will be able to work with your children. I mean come on, I didn't teach middle schoolers for any old reason :)
What if I don't know how to pose for pictures well?
Not to worry! Candids are my favorite and we will be having a great time during our session so you won't have to worry about this at all!
HOW DO I BOOK A NEWBORN SESSION?
Reach out ASAP for a newborn session! I book out newborn sessions based off of your due date. I typically will schedule between 1.5-5 weeks following your babies arrival. I do minimal wrapping and posing. Newborn session photos are more relaxed and the goal is to capture the joy and excitement that you are feeling for your new little love.
